The Gospel of Mark is not the written work of one of the twelve apostles, as some may assume but by a fellow believer. Mark, also known as John Mark, was a close friend of the Apostle Peter. His identity is clarified in Acts 12:12: “And when he [Peter] had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.”
John Mark’s recorded account of events is a beautiful expression of the testimony of eyewitnesses who had experienced the wonders of Christ. Documenting these personal accounts to record history for generations to come is the gospel in perpetuity.
You’ll notice in Mark Chapter 13 an interruption. The conversation continues as a basic bible study with machine intelligence (AI) gathering data to present an interpretation of scripture. However, our goal is to present a prophetic exegesis of the scripture and not a dry theological explanation. Therefore, take note as to the turn of events as the true interpretation is brought to light. (After the completion of this current methodology, I plan to ask AI to expound on the prophetic aspects of the scripture as our original intent suggests)
